Refund Policy

Our product quality and customer experience are our top priorities. If you need to make a return or get a refund, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.


We will notify you once we receive your item and will begin the inspection process. After we have completed the inspection process, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange Option for Multi-Month Subscriptions

For our customers who are on a multi-month subscription order plan for one or more products, if you are determined eligible for a refund on any returned subscription plan product as provided above, but you would prefer to receive a replacement product instead of an item refund, please contact us by email or phone (and note we can only deliver a replacement to the original shipping address on file). Otherwise, after reviewing your returned product and approving your refund eligibility, we will issue you a direct refund for the defective delivered product item. The rest of your subscription order plan will continue as usual and we will strive to make sure that you encounter no further problems with your subscription experience.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
